For orders under $150 the delivery fee is calculated by the size and weight of the items, plus the distance to the delivery address from a fulfilment location. You can work out delivery costs for your purchase on the Order Summary page, where it will be automatically calculated and displayed as a line item in your costs.
All orders will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-5 working business days. Our warehouse is a Monday to Friday operation, subject to Public Holidays.
Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes unless a special request has been made. Please contact us before placing an order if you wish for a delivery to be made to a PO Box.
We take pride in providing the best quality products for our customers. Our plants are freshly watered and fertilised before delivery to ensure healthy plants upon arrival.
We CANNOT send PLANTS to Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania due to quarantine restrictions. However, if you have a large enough volume order to cover the quarantine costs, please contact us.
Please note we reserve the right to hold any order containing live plants if we think the weather is not suitable to send immediately. We are not held responsible for delivery delays due to public holidays. We will always contact you in such a situation, or you can notify us of any concerns.
The free pick up in store option allows you to order online and pick up your purchase in store. By picking up in store you can get your purchase sooner and save on delivery fees.
Please note that when picking up your items, you are required to supply an invoice of your order and photo ID.
